Exchange Period: You can request an exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your product. Exchange requests made within this period will be evaluated.

Exchange Conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The product should be of the same type and value as the product being requested for exchange.
  • All accessories and documents delivered with the product must be returned in full.

Exchange Fee: No additional fee is charged for the exchange process. However, shipping costs for the exchange will be the customer's responsibility.

Exchange Approval: After receiving your exchange request, necessary processes will be initiated to examine the product and determine whether your request is valid. Once your request is approved, your new product will be shipped to you within 7 days.

  1. Conditions Where Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted

Exchanges cannot be made in the following cases:
